flew in sun from nyc.Was not sure what to expect other than hopefully another steller PJ show. This was a monumental show. Been to arena shows, small venue shows, etc. Its unfair to compare lolla with any of these. Never seen this many people feel as one with any band in my life.
Ed loves NY, Boston, Seattle. But his home is chicago. You could feel his hapiness playing at home for 150,000 people. It seemed all were PJ die hards even though im sure not the case. Im sure there have been better night for the band musically and sound wise. Ive seen 40-50 and Im sure Ive seen better soundinmg night. But for raw energy- never seen this before.
PJ are a big crowd band. They feed off the energy. I love intimacy of small venues too but this fuckin rocked.
I am aching and still inj dis beleif of what I saw.
Peace

Me too!
I flew in from NY on Sun and flew home yesterday. It was crazy and wild and I had an awesome time.
And I don't feel right when you're gone away
