What is going on with Ames lately?

Just got my el Rayo variant and specifically bought that one because I thought it would be green and blue. It came red and blue. I know the regular versions were to show up in different versions but it said nothing about that pertaining the variants. My Ames bros vs pj showed up damaged as well. Wtf

I hope they didn't make 25 in each color or something silly..... I buy basically every poster they release. I gave them the benefit of the doubt with the gold transformers fiasco. If they do something sketchy here, I'm done. Mine have shipped, I guess I'll see in a few days.
