Sorry about that. I saw December 10th and figured it was current. Regardless, it doesn't change the actual vote, albeit 5 years ago.
Still, maybe edit the first post so people don't accidentally pass this info on as current? It is confusing since it is currently being debated and voted on again. I thought at first this thread meant the new bill was unexpextedly voted down!
