I read the couple of threads on this forum about Neil Young's "Waging Heavy Peace". I read this book a while back. Parts of it were interesting to me, while I, to be honest, found other passages irrelevant or (too) poorly written.

Did anyone read his second book, "Special Deluxe"? What can be said about it? I'm going to read it anyway, but I'm always curious about other people's thoughts.
Oslo, Norway. I like music.

I never bought it - it was too expensive.

I liked Waging Heavy Peace. Unlike some others who reviews the book, I enjoyed Neil's rambling, wandering stories. I have Special Deluxe but haven't gotten around to reading it yet. Maybe I'll read it next and report back here.
