  • These props were $40. I'd pass on the Finback, most likely I'll hold onto my extra and bring it to an event for trade - hopefully hit Dark Lord and/or Darkness Day next year. KBS Week sounds cool too.

    I've got KBS too, lol.

All the masses aren't keen on the BQE yet. Only real beer snobs know about it, lol.

I wonder if this stuff is distributed in Michigan?

Neither one is. The BQE and Proprietor. Locals only stuff. The other goose island stuff is national.

Darklord day is fun...but crazy. For a few years in a row, we hit Founders Black Party....it's the weekend after Darklord and it's awesome. Generally we started weekend in Chicago at breweries and bars, hit 3 floyds, then up to founders stopping at various breweries each year (Livery, Darkhorse, Bells, Shoreline....). Also hit Hopcat in Grand Rapids, etc. It's a blast and I recommend.

I have some 2009, 2010 BCBS and old KBBS plus tons of other stuff I'd trade for a bottle of Prop. I actually have a 07-15 vertical of regular bcbs but only 1 bottle of 2007. Might have a 2008 to trade. I do have a 2008 coffee BCBS from original batch. Lots of wicked weed, toppling goliath, bruery, etc.

Had some Ten Fidy last night, stuff pours out like motor oil. Incredibly smooth though, and has an almost salty-caramel finish. Impressive to say the least. Nice trade bait!

and the waves in the sea still absolute blue

Wow this is the strangest thread I've come across in a while. True beer conoseurs I guess! I drink for effect, so Lone Star works for me.
I'm like an opening band for your mom.

Do yourself a favor and get the Death by Coconut. I was wonderfully surprised.

Had that death by coconut this weekend in Asheville. Very good. It's no Funky Budha Last Snow, but it's one of the best coconut beers I've had. NoDa coco loco is less coconuty, but awesome as well.
