hmm.. nah just cos they've been mentioned a few times by people talking about oxegen and I really really hate how people abbreviate band names cos I was trying to think it must be someone obvious. Do ya know for a long time I thought Queens of the Stone age were actually called GOTSA (was never sure if it was a Q or a G... but QOTSA was never really pronouncable cos that's the way it came up on Kerrang or Scuzz)... yeh so anyway, it fucking pisses me off :mad: but ok, I know I do it myself the odd time but STILL, it's ok for the bigger bands like RHCP etc. cos everyone knows who you're talking about but for a band we've never heard of, use the full title. Rant over

The stones are rumoured to play Slane... lol, I agree it's getting confusing. Marley park is The Who, Aerosmith & Damien Rice all on different nights. Radiohead are also rumoured for Oxegen along with the scissor sisters and loads others.

Bloc Party and QOTSA... the rest can fuck off. Arctic Monkeys are playing Malahide Castle too, thought they were ruled out of Oxegen then??

CSS is what they are refered to by themselves and everyone else, tom dunne plays them a lot and ray d'arcy plays them too. They're brazilian by all accounts....must have a look at some pics as all south americans are hot ....hi marina

Like AC/DC, Green Day are rumoured every year. Foo Fighters mightn't be too far off the mark, they're playing V in England around the same time.
