Anyone supporting Small Business Saturday today?

I'm going to the downtown area of Claremont,CA (hometown of Ben Harper) and seeing what deals they have at Rhino Records. I'm going to the Laemmle art house theater there as well to see Creed.

Last year I went to Rhino on SBS and got a Dead Kennedys sticker for my Compaq laptop.

    I spent like $10 at the dollar store the day before thanksgiving. That counts don't it?

    ^^^ Actually, that's not true. I'll very likely dash over to our downtown cheese shop and grab a healthy snack to keep me going through the afternoon. So I will be supporting Small Business Saturday!

    I support small business almost every time I shop. It shouldn`t just be a one day a year thing it should be a way of life thing.

    You never really had to begin with.

    Don't get me wrong. I agree with you on that. I love going to my local downtown area to support art house movies at that theater and other stores. They got some good organic places to eat there as well that I've tried. They even have a nice farmer's market every Sunday morning there.

    I got Live At Leeds aka the album that changed Vedder's life for $7.99 and it was 15% off because of today.
