Saw the LP mentioned in the article a few months back on sale at HMV for $95. Wasn't sure if it was a boot or legit. Kind of increasing my LP collection and am wondering what to look out for.

The Music On Vinyl reissue is legit and you should be able to get one for around $45.

The Music On Vinyl releases are fantastic but they sure are trigger pressing happy with reissuing reissues every few years. New Vs and Vitalogy 2016 editions are being released this March. They reissued these many years back. Wish they were able to reissue other Pearl Jam records like No Code or Yield. Binaural or Riot Act. Etc..

Has anyone lately score the Into The Wild Urban Outfitters vinyl copies in store? Heard a friend scored one just a few day's ago.

Just to warn everyone especially collectors, Urban Outfitters does not know how to handle/ship vinyl. I ordered a few copies of Ryan Adam's Carnegie Hall Ten Songs because they had the alternate cover, it came poorly packaged (thrown in a giant box with some slivers of craft paper). Even the shrinkwrap looked like it was haphazardly put on. Not a fan of UO releases, I don't know why musicians I like are doing these releases with them.

Exactly. Seems to be hit or miss with how you get the vinyl packed. Even the stuff in store (at least my local store) is mostly beat to shit.

Check your local Urban Outfitters store. My local store didn't have any in stock but did notice a few stores inToronto that had them available in store only.

Same here. I checked a few NYC stores before resorting to ordering online. Definitely not handled with love. And the store associates are clueless. If the record covers weren't dinged before, just put them in the hands of one of them and presto!

I keep seeing this vinyl at my local record store. What I really want is a digital high res version of it, 96/24 or 192/24 would be ideal.
