morning glass hangs there inside the door
i stand here having my milk
a world away but nearby spins & flies by
5 - 7 = -1
a rather cheerful bird for seeds
autumn's slipping in haphazardly
bringing with it close thoughts
happiness
a simple morning
am/fm radio is turned off
oaks & maples exposed
running wild in place
a nearly silent movie plays out there
you can see screaming frost across where i stare
innocence walks paths made of pure mind & spirit
& like a classical guitar
this morning's sunrise smiles in concert with more than all of this
things i sit in
things i stand in
sleep inside of
things i can
things i can not
saved by you
rescued
never a death flower even today's chill
all is purple along the fence line
nothing here is hopeless
all choices are songs
a little feather floats to the ground in smile
the clock hanging on the wall has stopped ticking
i wonder if it'll fall (tonight)
