Tracking Number for International Shipment

Hello
I'd like to suggest Tracking Number for international shipment on Ten Club website. I'm a Brazilian fan of Pearl Jam. I odered the vinyl 6430-VINYL - PEARL JAM BELLINGHAM 5/10/2000 VAULT SHOW at 08/10/2014 and more then one year later the vinyl did not arrived and it has been sent twice!!!! If Ten Club offer two kinds of shipment one cheaper with no tracking number and one more expensive with tracking number, this kind of problem would never happen. I'm waiting for my vinyl until today. Amazon do that, another vinyl online stores do that why cant Ten Club do that, since it is a online store wich ships worldwide??
