any firefox users here? keeps crashing lately

I have been having crash issues with Firefox for the past month or so.
I upgraded to Windows 10 today and it's still happening. I updated my flash player as well and have the latest Firefox version available.
Anyone who knows how to fix this please help as it's very frustrating.

    I use it at home and have had it happen a few times now that you mention it. i haven't really upgraded or done anything differently yet though. if it continues ill just change over to Chrome.
