Do you think they chose to stretch out the letters vertically (which obviously is seen as a big no-no) for some design reason or did the designer lack awareness of typography?

    I agree that stretching an image vertically is bad, but I don't see anything wrong with just text...

    I think text stretched vertically looks much better than text stretched horizontally.
    Maybe there were space limitations within the design?

    Or maybe that's just how they liked it?

    They squeezed Helvetica because it's a free font and it, look customize.
