    We have fingerprint scanners at work to get in the building and my office. No hoverboards though.

    Yah that's true. They exist, just not so widespread people have them on a house in the projects (Marty was living in a rough part of town in BTT2). I think someone tried to invent a hoverboard but it its big/bulky and not nearly as elegant as the ones in the movies (protype kind of technology). you never know the movie might continue to inspire people to build certain technologies in the future.

    Well, the Cubs lost so we must be on a new path into the future.

    Anything goes on this new path. Who knows, Pearl Jam may play 4 different cities in Florida including Ft Lauderdale and Miami.

    There are no rules in this alternate universe.

    Cubs lost the series to NY means no NY shows for the next 15 years. With the rumored Miami shows coming up, that means the Miami ban has finally been lifted from when the Marlins beat the Cubs.
