Do like them or not?
What's your favorite kind?

I like a nice pub where you can watch a game, eat and catch a live band once or twice a week. I don't go that often but that is the kind of place I like.
Anything you lose from being honest
You never really had to begin with.


Sometimes it's not the song that makes you emotional it's the people and things that come to your mind when you hear it.

    Smaller pubs with a decent beer selection and good food. I'm not into the weekend nightlife, meat market kinda places. I'm there to drink, watch the game, and chat with friends.

    I hate when bands play in bars because around here, every band is the same damn thing. A bunch of 55 year old dudes (poorly) playing ZZ Top, The Doors, and Boston all of which you hear all day long on the only (shitty) rock station we have. And the bar owners never seem to have a concept of volume. A little 300 sq ft room and you have the band so loud I can't even order a fucking drink because the bartender can't hear me.

    i am most comfortable in a pub or pub-like establishment. I do not drink alcohol so it does not matter even slightly to me, the main reason I go is for food and merriment. So food is a major factor, music is also quite important. And the bartender's willingness to put whatever game I want on the tv nearest me is a big deal too :naughty:

    I dont like the bar stool chairs/high top tables though. Give me a regular sized table and chairs please.
