Set List Relay for SF #2

FYI, I will relay the set list tonight from my fiance (Meijin) who going to the concert. (see previous posts of mine as to why I couldn't go.)

As of 6:45 pm PST
Meijin couldn't hear any sound check from where he was waiting to get in, so no soundcheck report from me. Sorry! But he is IN the venue (with a poster) so all systems are go for further relaying. :)

Preset: Drifting

Sonic Youth done 8:13am

Set: Sometimes (but Eddie forgot the words), Severed Hand, Whipping, Corduroy, World Wide Suicide, Animal, Marker In The Sand, Dissident, Evenflow, Army Reserve, Insignificance, In My Tree, Lukin, Garden, I Got Shit, Inside Job, Rearviewmirror

Encore 1: Life Wasted Reprise, Come Back, Betterman (no tag), Life Wasted, American In Me (a cover) w/ Penelope and Greg from The Avengers, Alive

Encore 2:Last Kiss (Eddie in the crowd), Big Wave, Blood, Leash, Fuckin Up, Yellow [Pink] Ledbetter w/ Star Spangled Banner tag
LA 7.9.06 & 7.10.06 = all it took to get me hooked!

    Great. It was horrible not knowing what was played last night. I should have gone to these shows. I for some reason I thought they were playing Sunday,Monday and Wednesday in San Fran.

    Yea I went to Los Angeles 1 + 2,Henry Fonda, and Santa Barbara. I can't complain. Plus I have the Gorge weekend coming up. I also went to LV and SD.

    any word on the poster? the 3 sf posters are supposed to be a set.. the first was an army jacket, so very curious what the other 2 will be

    Hah, you are only one less then my fiance.

    He was in Vegas, SD, LA 1 and 2, SB, and three nights up in SF.

    Me, just LA 1 and 2. But I am sure now that my fiance hooked me in, more will be in my future. :)

    Will do. I just got a text from my fiance saying "@venue w/poster" so I think we are "go" so to speak. And then he called to verify I got the text.

    I think he is excited to be the relayer. He had me play him something earlier today over the phone so he could be sure he could identify it when he heard it. :)

    Can you ask her what is on the poster? SF is supposed to be a 3 set poster.. last night was a jacket

    Just asked the mister when he called this is his description of the poster sort of...its a bomb being split in half with an orange explosion type design in the background with french in the corner that he thought said something to the effect of "end the war" and I asked if it was a theme with last nights and he said that if there was a theme it was "war"

    glad we have the relay hook up tonight. but i actually am going to act like i have a life other then PJ tonight and take the GF out for a beer with my sister. but i will be on here for the second have of the show with you all.
