I'm surprised no Cleveland or Columbus rumors. I would love another hometown show especially since its going on 6 years since the last. Guess it will be Pittsburgh for me if everything out there holds true.

We may just get our wish buddy...
I was shooting the Ohio State vs Michigan State football game tonight and since it was pouring down rain here in Columbus, we went back up to the pressbox for halftime to dry off and warm up a little.
When we jumped on the elevator to go upstairs, one of the redcoats noticed my Pearl Jam hat and said that they were in negotiations with PJ for a show in Columbus.
I asked if it would be at Nationwide Arena or The Schott and he said he wasn't sure which venue, BUT they were really trying to get them back in Columbus.
He also said they are hoping for a U2 show at The Shoe this year!!
Take it for what it's worth, but sounds like there MAY be something in the works for a Columbus show this year too!! :rock_on:

Gah! A Wednesday night! (I can't take holidays outside of certain dates...) Still bound to be someplace good within cheap flight distance on a Saturday night...

On a less selfish note - imagine that date and venue will be awesome for all those who can attend!

Their recording process is so lengthy, it seems unlikely in today's world that they would be able to accomplish this without this fan base knowing.

Actually it's not. They usually only record in 2 week recording sessions. Lightning Bolt was done in 2 separate 2 week sessions. They were done 2 years apart. They easily could have done 2 sessions during 2015 a few months apart. Usually info about them recording leaks because they themselves mention it in interviews. That or Brendan posts a pic of them in the studio.

Yeah, those rumours and dates seem to fit but over a month in Europe seems very long. They normally do 2-3 weeks.

I'm hoping/expecting them to add another ziggodome date: last tours they always did 2 and they seem to like it there. There is enough room before and after june 8.
