The version of Immortality is haunting. I love it, can't get enough of it. I was there, back row of the balcony, standing on 2 milk cartons.
Love that original version of an amazing song.

    Totally agree. Lyrically, this version of the song has always stuck with me. I love where it ended up... but it's cool that the studio and future live versions of the song have echoes of the song in its infancy.

    I was in tears when Ed used some lyrics from the 1994 show at the 2nd Fenway show. Can't wait to hear it again on the boot.  Calling it Immortality II.
