Yes they did, and it's even on the same album as Love Reign O'er Me and The Real Me. That would be Quadrophenia.

After I saw PJ play at VH1 Rock Honors, I turned to my friend and said "I would pay ANYTHING to see it if Pearl Jam would play Quad in its entirety".

Of course, I'm One was a huge highlight for me last night. Here is a version that Ed performed with Pete Townshend in 1999 :
