    Not quite!!!

    Hahahaha

    Actually I was worried.
Was this a foundation problem? A gutter problem?
Was the water getting in under the siding?
    ETC.

For me to be able to solve the problem with my 1st guess?

    VICTORY!!!!!!!!!!!

^^ As a home owner, I appreciate your discovery on the first try and the seemingly cheaper version of a fix more than you know. 2 years ago, I just wanted the tub faucet tightened. 2 months later, the plumber, many trips to Home Depot, my dad and his truck, a hole in the side of my house pouring sunshine into my windowless bathroom, paint, new surround, new faucet . . .

All I wanted to do was to tighten the faucet.

I understand your joy about the repair Speedy. I always love the feeling of success when something I've fixed is better. It makes me happy every time I see whatever it is!
