Backspacer bonus track

Hi, I've found that Amazon.co.uk digital version of Backspacer has Immortality (live) as bonus track but it's available for the UK residents only.
I don't know from which show it has been taken. Is there anyone who can share it? I'd be glad to give Better Man (live) that I bought from Canadian iTunes store as bonus track in return
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance
