New and Never worn size large.. VERY light spots under right arm, but if you're not looking for it, you won't even notice it.. This is how the shirt came when I bought it 19 years ago, but I guarantee this is brand new and unworn. Graphics are in fantastic condition with no cracking or fading at all. Shirt looks faded in the first picture due to the flash, but it's not. Sharp maroon colored shirt.
