I think I will make chicken noodle soup for dinner...or have my hubby if he gets home before me...it'll be soothing....might have some hot tea too if it cools off enough like last night did...

My old GP/PCP is pretty homeopathic, and she always said go for the spicy if you can stand it.
Maybe add a drop or two of hot sauce to that chicken noodle soup.
It's 35 freaking degrees in the great white north and now I can't ride my bike to and from work because I don't like the idea of getting heat stroke.
