Glen Hansard comes to mind for me first. We're spoiled we've been introduced to him through Ed! Easily one of the most talented musicians/songwriters I've ever come across, and absolutely unbelievable live. It's awesome he's a "popular secret"--every show I've seen has been at intimate venues, but sold out with an enthusiastic crowd that knows every song.
