How's my guitar cover of Save You?

It's a pretty simple song so I thought it would be good for my first recorded cover. Thoughts on my playing?

Great tone! The first riff was a tad rushed. BTW...Go Lions :P

Very nice. I watched it a while ago but forgot to comment. Really enjoyed it. Also gave me a good appreciate for the song and the changes. I think it is more complicated that I thought.

    Well done!

Awesome! What setup do you have to get that tone? This is definitely one of my favorites to play, but i can't seem to get it right..

very simple setup I was playing an epiphone les paul standard, through an electro-harmonix soul food distortion pedal, and into my Fender Princeton 650. I was on the preset Dark, distortion at 7, bass at 6/7, middle at 7, and treble at 6. I also had light chorus/delay from the amp. Hope that is good for you!

Nicely done! There's nothing unusual or difficult about the chords themselves but the song structure is such that several of the chord changes are odd and you nailed them. Tending to veer into a more standard blues song structure, I would find that difficult. Nice tone, excellent timing, great job!
