backspacer vinyl

Just wondering if anyone can help me.
Purchased Backspacer record from the pearl jam site and it doesn't play normally.
It is as if the grooves aren't deep enough for the needle to read fully.
the record player is at the correct speed and plays other records without incident.

    Since there is no shortage of them let 10C know and maybe you'll get a replacement?
