Otherside struck a chord with me the first time I've heard it, and it's been a favorite song of mine since. It's such a beautiful but equally sad song. Especially since I feel such a strong sense of connection to this song and my grandpartents; their love for each other was TOTALLY as strong as the relationship this song is about. I have a hard time keeping it together towards the end though, during the following verse:
"Sit and stare, stare, begging for a prayer".
That one hits the nail on the head. There's a certain point where you realize that there's nothing you can do to change what's to come when you're faced with losing someone you love. That verse gets to me every time. I'd probably ball my eyes out if they do play it.
Switching back to the subject, I REALLY hope they'll pull out some Lost Dogs stuff on this tour. I'd kill to hear Other Side, Fatal, Hold On, or Undone.

absolutely, it is such a powerful song. depending on my mood and waht's going on, it can really rip me up. but it's beautiful, definitely my favorite jeff song of all.
