what the heck is with Mike during Leash? he sounds either drunk or as if he has the wrong guitar.. I'm still not sure if it sounds good or terrible.. Anyone else know what I'm talking about?

    Just listened to it. You are right! He is all over the place. Very odd. Right before that in Black he sounds spot-on. IMO Maybe he was drifting.

    yeah, something is off on that. I listened to Black and he did play it well even though the version doesn't really do anything for me. I like how they are playing out Leash at the end more than in 2006, but the buildup to it sounds weird IMO.

    I think Leash might be in a different tuning than black...

    edit:

    just checked...leash is indeed in dropped D tuning while black is in standard so he probably just forgot to switch
