picking up 10c tix

new 10c member here-

quick question: i have tix to saturday's show at the meadowlands. will my seats be better if i show up early to pick them up at the 10c window or are the seats already predetermined based on length of membership?

also, does anyone know what time that window opens?

    It does not matter what time you show up.

    12pm the 10C ticket window opens.

    You'll most likely be in the middle to back of the floor. Im 287xxx and I was 28th row Stone's side (these were awesome seats in my book). So youll probably be around row 35 or so, maybe closer. They're also a bit in front of the soundboard, so the sound there is as good as it gets. If this is your first time you'll be stoked. Last night was undoubtedly the best concert of my life, and Ive seen hundreds. The people who got wing tickets had numbers ranging from the high 100's to mid 200's.

    SEATING
    Seat location is not revealed until tickets are collected on the day of the show.
    Tickets are allocated by seniority within the fan club. The longer you have been in the club, the closer your seats are to the stage. Proximity to the stage is also contingent upon how many members are in attendance at a show.
    We reserve the best seats in the house for fan club tickets, starting from the first row on the floor and extending back. We also reserve the side sections closest to the stage when necessary. All Ten Club tickets are for reserved seating unless otherwise announced.
    Group seating is not an option, but your pair of tickets will be seated together.
    Wheelchair accessible seating is available through the Ten Club pre-sale. If you require ADA seating, please contact us directly at tickets@tenclub.net once you have purchased your pre-sale tickets online. We will exchange your pre-sale tickets for proper ADA seating at that time.

    DISTRIBUTION
    Tickets will be distributed at the venue box office on the day of the show only. We will not mail your tickets in advance of the show.
    Tickets are pre-determined so arriving at the box office early will not increase your chances of better seats.
    You must show a government-issued photo ID (driver's license, passport, school ID) to collect your tickets at the box office. No exceptions. It is also helpful, but not necessary, to have your Ten Club member number available for additional verification.
    The Ten Club member whose account was used to purchase the tickets must be present to collect the tickets on the day of the show. No exceptions.
