ISO old/damaged unwanted shirts for quilt *FINISHED! Photo Update*

This may sound a little weird but I have decided to make a quilt out of old shirts. I have a couple PJ ones gathered together which I wont be wearing any longer. If possible I'd like to do one thats just PJ and or related musical projects. So if any of you have any old shirts that have holes or that are falling apart that you aren't using send me a message. I'm not looking to pay a whole lot since they will just be destroyed even more for the cause. If anyone wants to help me out let me know.

    Hi sorry, things have been hectic....very hectic lately. I have a layout and backing on the shirts. It is moving along and I can't wait to continually update you all with the process.

    Again I want to thank everyone who assisted me in getting a hold of some older shirts that they didn't need. Again it was very appreciated and you all are amazing :rock_on:

    I'm not advocating ebay - but I happened to notice there are a few good deals on shirts, particularly if size does not matter.

    @a5pj I will definitely keep updating so long as there is an interest in it. Regardless I will post a photo once it is finished for sure. This will be an interesting project as I've never done anything of the sort. Hope it turns out well. You may want to hold off on asking me to do one for you until we see what the finished product looks like :lol:

    @ldent42 hahaha thanks for the tip, although what you see there is what it's going to be. No more shirts will be added in at this point. Just ready to soldier forward!

    I know you said you don't need any more..... but I have an original "choices" shirt that has been worn beyond wearing. Also have an original "music for Rhino's" but that's in really good shape for being 20something years old.

    Yeah I could probably do some re-arranging of things if you are willing to part with those :lol:

    I see this ending up on some form of Antiques Roadshow in about 90 years! It'll be the most valuable item that they save for the end of the show! Nice work.
