    Yes. I wanted to put back on the muscle I lost over the years being lazy and have 25 of it back. I need to shed about 1.5 pounds off the gut still to get my 6 pack back but I am back to my Marine Corps body almost. This is good as my body can't handle the extra high protein diet I put myself on much longer to speed it up. If we are doing clothing optional at degenerate palooza I might as well impress.

    No. I'm a saint. At least in my head I am. My wife may say differently as I did accidentally make her cry this weekend for reasons still unknown to me. I would ask why but that would mean maybe more crying so better to just move on.
