Take, Take, Take their money.
Give, Give, Give terrible customer service.

If the band really knew or cared how their merchandising division was being operated they would be appalled.
They really need to bring in new management to this operation. This crew of band hangers on have become
way to entitled and obviously are not capable of fixing the issues that happen time and time again. Nobody
likes change but change is always good and it's time for the 10 club to change the way that they do business!!!

    Just be thankful you even had a chance to buy vinyl. They did the sale for us fans. Deal with it.

    Some could argue that they didn't have a chance, that everyone but the fans got the vinyl. Kind of half empty/half full.

    they employ more people and have more online servers!!
    granted Metallica has been around longer but PJ is 20+ years and they still run a small operation.
    get w/ the times and the supply and demand of your fanbase!
    we all know 10 Club can definitely afford it!!

    I would argue that if any fan club released an item with great demand and low supply they would run into this same problem.

    Random drop - people are mad that unless they sit on their computer 24 hours a day, they miss out.

    Lottery - the same amount of people miss out compared to a set time drop since supply is the same.

    Set time - thousands of people hit the servers at the same time and issues are to be expected. Again, the same amount of people miss out because supply is the same.

    In my opinion, I would take the set time and battle through some issues for 30 minutes. At least it's somewhat within my control but I understand that I won't be lucky every time.

    Sorry but give me a break. I didn't get in on the vinyl deal, but yet I know that 10c has always done right by members. Hell, even apple and Google struggle to keep up with demand on non-limited items.
