Same. After getting into cart continue to confirm shipping address was a never ending loop to a blank page that wouldn't load. Checkout broke, still in my cart with quantity not avail message. Sucks!

Got to enter all my credit card info...........typical server time out. I have now changed my icon with the Mystery Vinyl as a EPIC FAIL! If it is a member only item, why do we need to confirm where the hell we are shipping it. Enter credit card info and move on.............that is, if the server doesn't take a deuce on ya!

I was about to hit confirm and it sent me back to the cart saying out of stock. Very upset. It was my only chance at trying for an Avocado. :(

Maybe the $50 you guys were gonna spend could be donated to our forum member who is trying to raise funds for his wife? Just a thought - also a crack at some PJ items.

I have to say, the merch situation is getting a little ridiculous. People see dollar signs now. In a way, id like to thank 10c for this shit storm of a sale. Once and for all I am no longer interested in your merchandise. Maybe a show specific poster that ive been too but im done. The bullshit far exceeds the reward. Good luck to all, I hope you get your grails.

The music brought me here and only the music will keep me here. !!!

I'm just going to use that money and get some extra stuff at the Record Store. Maybe that will cheer me up.

Equally frustrating here in Australia. took over 40 minutes of trying with it in my cart and entering address and CC details, continuous white screens!!!! Gave up, came back and the RSD icon was back, clicked on it and it has told me I cant purchase due to similar purchase or something. CC has been charged though, no email yet and nothing in my order history. Not holding out much hope in actually getting one. Very disappointing experience from the Ten Club.......

I had cancer in 2011, that was pretty much my worst experience ever. Even missed the show in Montreal cause I was in treatments.

10C have learnt to have a lottery for concert tickets. I guess in hindsight they wish they had done same with the vinyl lottery. Would have saved a lot of people getting wound up and frustrated. The 10C server can't handle thousands trying to log on at same time. But they know that from the concert tix fiascos of past.

I'm sure 90% of the members were on today. It has to be a record… no pun intended...

I completely agree. Isn't being a paying Ten Club member enough to be able to purchase something like this? I have to be an exclusive member and fight to get a shot at purchasing a "MYSTERY" vinyl, this is bullshit capitalism. Just give paying members a chance to purchase and press what is ordered. If we don't buy it today then so be it but at least give your fans the opportunity to give you our hard earned money. Otherwise you are just supporting the jerks that but it up only to resale for $200+ profit. Give members the opportunity to buy Pearl Jam albums on vinyl or I guess I'll take my money to the bootleggers

Record Store Day and Pearl Jam are using the very same capitalist tactics to make us keep wanting more. They know damn hood and we'll supply doesn't even come close to demand. But they do it so people will get emotional about it and then pay insane resale prices for something that should be relatively easy to purchase. It's bullshit. I thought I'd be able to avoid when I purchased the full price membership to Ten Club. I thought that's what the Club was for.

My transaction for what ever reason went threw twice then 10C cancelled one 20 minutes later.
Tried to use my gift certificate but that transaction was cancelled and now doesn't show in balance I sent an email so hopefully I get my package and a credit or restored balance for future purchase
    Crazy day

They already have pre-orders for the Vaults and other stuff now. Sure, studio reissues would be cool - they will happen eventually. Patience.
Have fun with your crappy sounding cheap bootlegs. ;)

Haha they do sound like crap! That's my problem. But I REFUSE to pay eBay prices for those albums. Put a different cover on the represses. Hell stamp NOT FIRST PRESS across the cover, I don't care, I just want to hear a good quality vinyl of PJ albums without taking out a bank loan. Yes, Mr Banker can I get a loan for some records? Haha

i think the worst thing i ever experienced was a prostate exam. sounds like the 10c mystery vinyl was a breeze compared to that.

Well I guess if you are comparing an act of consumerism to a medical exam then yeah a prostate exam might be worse. Although it does feel like twice per year I get my arse probed by RSD. I'm going back to CDs haha
