    They really need to just put these things on sale immediately versus building up this hype for a week to the point their pitiful server becomes overwhelmed and rejects us all. They create their own monsters repeatedly and end up with pissed off fans. Waste of a morning...

    Hear you. I made through all the screens and once again their server timed me out after entering credit card information. Maybe they should revise their check out system and another 20 steps. you should be able to go straight to credit card entry rather than confirming your address. This is a member only thing, so why the steps.

    I'm fine with it selling out. It's a highly coveted item. Just give us a chance to buy it. I had to login 3x. When I got to checkout is when the real fun began. White screens. Shipping Address 20x. Billing Address 10x. Finally the credit card page and....sold out.

    PJ20 ticket fiasco. Wrigley ticket fiasco. 100 "special item" screwups for tickets, merch, etc. PJ changes and evolves. The 10c's website never does. SOOOOOOOOOO frustrating and insulting. After all this time they still can't get it right and there's ZERO communication. They build it up, let it hype itself, then just disappear and still get all the money.

    I was about to hit confirm and got sent back to the cart saying sold out. I was hoping for one of the expensive records since I can't afford them on my own but I guess that's not gonna happen. They need to fix the site ASAP.

    Kept telling me I wasn't a member. Finally got it then couldn't get through checkout. Eventually got bounced out of my cart. Reminded me why I haven't bothered with this place or the merch in ages. Not much has changed.

    I had one in my cart for a long time while dealing with white screen/timeout hell. Made it to shipping address. Almost made it to CC number entry. Then finally, a half hour after it was put in my cart, got the "no longer available at requested quantity" message. Really feels insulting.
