THey originally announced a speech last night and then said he would do it today.  And yes, then he was late.

I'm not much for conspiracy bullshit but there are a lot of threads going around about him wearing a diaper, etc.  There are quite a few photos where that appears to be the case.  

He didn't adlib at all and didn't take questions at the end....

I just think it's offside to consider making fun of a medical condition as something to be embarrassed about or ok to be ridiculed about. I prefer to mock him for his actions, rather than his appearance or physical/medical issues.

Truth.. I also don't give credit for giving a quality speech on a terrible (lack of) strategy.  The speech was unnecessary because the whole episode is idiotic.
