2003 Tour Boots question

If this has been discussed before, I must have missed it but, I'm trying to complete the 2003 Tour set and is there a mistake in the numbering of the shows?
I have Toronto 6.28.03 which is labeled show #59. I have Chicago 6.18.03 which is labeled #52.
So there should be 6 shows between the Toronto and Chicago. I only see 5 listed on this site and on PJ Stat Tracker.
Working backwards from Toronto to Chicago: Two shows in Michigan 6.26 & 6.25, Columbus on the 24th, Indy on the 22nd, and East Troy on the 21st.
Am I missing something? If someone could clarify I'd appreciate it

Another venue couldn’t be secured with such short notice. Pearl Jam’s manager Kelly Curtis said in a statement, “The band is very disappointed they won’t be able to play Cincinnati but we understand fully the promoters’ and venue’s decision to cancel as safety is everyone’s main priority.”
