    All would be right if the Idiot prosecutor didn't try for Murder 1. Same as in The Casey Anthony case.The DA swings for the fences and can't get the charge to fit.Murder 2 or agg manslaughter dude would have been punished.Both jury's said the same.

    True. Many Prosecutors are always trying to climb that political ladder...obviously these two had ambition that outweighed their good sense.

    I've posted this before, but I still think it's interesting and very telling of how fucked up some people are: the majority of Americans apparently mistrust Atheists more than they do rapists (as an Atheist, I am completely outraged by this mindset towards us. I really do feel discriminated against... in a "fuck you" kinda way).
