Today is National Chip and Dip day. My boss is making us desk side guac today (he's a foodie). What's your favorite?

Extra thin tortilla chips and tomatillo guac for me.

    Oh wow, fresh guac can't be beat. I also like thin corn chips with a good fresh salsa.

    I don't really like potato chips and dip. But I LOVE tortillas with guac! Hot salsa is also good. But lately I've found most regular tortilla chips (i.e. Old El Paso, etc) to be WAAAAY too salty for my taste, so I will only buy the reduced sodium ones now (or specialty brands), and even those taste a little bit too salty sometimes. It's weird... I didn't feel like they were too salty until a few years ago. It's like they increased the amount of salt they put on them.

    *Homemade guac (extra chunky please) with Juanita's tortilla chips-specifically that brand
    *Tim's Jalapeno chips (they are kettle style potato chips, but thick cut-not like the wussy Lay's kettle) with salsa con queso
    *Jalapeno artichoke spinach dip with pita chips

    I like the Tostitos Roasted Garlic & Black Bean chips. There's another one, might be red pepper or sun dried tomato - the red ones. They're both good. And give me guacamole dip - Safeway has a good brand, whatever it is. It's got a little spice to it, which I like. Also love medium hot salsa and sour cream.
