Anyone else checking out the band Wand's new album Golem?
LA Psych Rock type band. The new one is a bit more Psych Metal.
Really good tunes. I wish his voice was up a little more in the mix but as far as riffs and musical structural goes I really enjoy it.
I felt the first album was good (ganglion reef) but a little inconsistent. This one the songs are bit more consistent. Very solid album. I'm catching them live next week. I'm excited they opened for Ty Segall last summer and I saw them and they killed it live. I'm expecting the same.

It's insanely good. I'd heard a few of these tunes before but they retracked them and improved them quite a bit. Here's the AudioHammock review if anyone is interested (not written by me). I really like the bassist in this band.
