Black lyrics tattoos

I'm about to get a couple of new PJ tattoos (no. 10 and 11 I believe). Both will be Black lyrics, so I wanted to hear your thoughts on a couple of doubts.

First one:

All the love gone bad
Turned my world to black
Tattooed all I see,
All that I am,
All I'll be

This is how the lyrics look almost everywhere, but I have seen the very last line as 'All I'll ever be' and to me it has actually always sounded like there was an 'ever' in there.

Second one:

I know someday you'll have a beautiful life
I know you'll be a star
In somebody else's sky
But why, why, why can't it be,
Why can't it be mine?

I know there's been discussion on the star/sun issue, but I'm not changing star, so that's not the issue. My doubt here is whether or not to include the last 'why'. I've always heard it with the 'why' included in the final sentence, but I see the lyric most places written with the final sentence being only 'can't it be mine?'.

I'm almost certain I'm gonna include the 'why' in the second piece, but I'm much more in doubt whether or not to include the 'ever' in the first piece.

Any input would be much appreciated.

And if anyone more creative than me has any ideas to which font wouldgo great with these lyrics, please let me know.

    I would go with that if I were you.

    Concerning the second verse I'd skip some words

    I know someday you'll have a beautiful life
    I know you'll be a star
    In somebody else's sky
    But why, ..... can't it be mine?

    Thanks. I'll definitely consider the second verse adjustment - hadn't considered that, but it could actually be fine like that. I'll think it over :-)

    I once saw someone with just the word "Everything" tattooed in black ink. It was a Black-tattooed Everything.

    ooooh i saw on instagram someone got the "all i see, all that i am, all i'll be" on the inside of their fingers and it looked very snazzy.
