F'me I don't know where you heard the sweater thing but I have called it a jersey all my hockey loving life, so I'm thinking that is another Canadian myth, like the igloos.

Disclaimer: please note if have the dumb idea that you are moving to Canada if Trump wins - we do indeed all have to live in igloos and it is very cold, you won't like it.

Omg,I can't believe you call yourself a Canadian. Its a sweater, and you put it on in the Dressing room.Thats hockey talk.Maybe if you followed a pro team you would know these basic facts.sheesh.

Says the Florida pretty boy. Sweater/jersey has become pretty interchangeable but you are correct it is a dressing room. As for the pro hockey team, let me know when your team has 24 cups.

I will be wearing my Panthers sweater for the playoffs.yee fffffnnnn hay!!

And don't forget we were a hardcore hockey family for 15 years.I still can smell the nappy rotting sweaty bag smell that is engrained into my garage where all the gear still is stashed.I can't wait to get a grand kid on the ice.
Good times. We used to travel with shirts that said"Yes,we have Ice in Florida"

Ha! Love the shirts, I should get one that says 'Yes we have grass in Canada'....wait that will probably be taken the wrong way, nevermind.

  • If there is grass on the field, "Play Ball!"
    :innocent:

And I grew up within a 3 hour drive of that fuckhole you called The Forum up in Montreal. Pretty sure every Canuck I met called them sweaters and looked at me funny if I called them jerseys.

My Toronto raised buddy even called Hoodies by the name Sweaters.

Silly Canadians. We love them, but they are an odd bunch.
(I love Grapes and Coaches Corner. Please, please, always keep HNIC going.)

Have I taught you nothing. The tats mean that they are DTF, the kids are a consequence, like the syphilis. But I guess that's what they get from being from Quebec or America.
