In an effort to move this forward...
I'll go ahead and speak up for the 2 ACL boots and close out the US Tour.
If we can get someone to take the 2 European boots left,
I'll place the order for the 3rd boxset.
It's not looking like anyone is interested in the Australian BDO shows at all!!

I posted a link to this in the Aus/NZ Rumours thread hoping it might attract some people who aren't really checking the boards much these days.

Dave, I don't want the Gdynia or Werchter BUT if we can't get anyone interested I'll take the Sydney and Melbourne. I think I already picked up Auckland and GC in previous rounds in an effort to move it forward. And I wasn't at Perth or Adelaide!

All this for that damn Leeds cd.

You got it!!!
We divide the total cost of purchasing the boxset...
plus a couple of bucks for the mailers used to ship the bootleg sets,
by the number of sets in the box!!
I think it came out to $14.25 per show requested for the first boxset.
Then figure out the shipping rate to each person that placed an order for a show.
Thanks for helping us fill up another boxset!!

if a 4th boxset happens to happen, what would be the total cost including shipping for the entire australian (6 cds) set posted to Brisbane Australia? also are the cd's in the box set different to the bootlegs u can buy individually or are they both silver cd's? cause they are listed for $16.98 each on the website, plus $15.49 postage. would there be any real saving for me to go in a box set group buy? also are the $30 empty boxes no longer available on the website anymore?

I would have to say at this point a 4th boxset is highly unlikely...
BUT...you could probably have at least 5 of the 6 bootlegs from the 3rd boxset if you are interested!!
Jen / Ident42 only put in for Sydney and Melbourne IF no one else was interested and I'm pretty sure you could probably talk Mike /mcgruff10 into giving up the Perth one as well.
I think these guys are just trying to help get this last one filled up and wrap up this project.
These bootlegs ARE different from the regular ones...
the boxset discs are silver / glass pressed CD's instead of burned CDR's that you get when you purchase them separately.
The labels on the packages are a little different too...
these have a glossy finish instead of the matte ones on the burned CDR's.
You can still purchase the empty box directly from NUGS...

Dave when you shipped the bubble mailers how did you send it? First Class? Priority? Was it considered a "package" or a "letter"? I just had a drama at the post office over adding tracking to a first class "letter".

You know...I'm thinking it was just First Class mail.
Because I didn't have the bootlegs in my possession when we were figuring out the shipping rates,
I couldn't have the packages metered.
The lady at my post office was very helpful & suggested that I just purchase postage stamps to cover the shipping charges.
I used bootlegs from the 2013 tour as "stand-ins" and she weighed the mailers for me with the number of CD's that were going in each envelope and wrote down how many stamps it would take to cover the postage.
Doing this allowed me to just drop the mailers in the package slot at my post office instead of waiting in line to drop them off!!
I think I have had the issue with trying to add tracking to a letter before and was also told that I couldn't do it...so I just bought a mailer and threw the letter in it and then it was miraculously considered a "package."
Don't you just love these rules & regulations??

Unfortunately my post office is still stuck in 1982 so the employees are behind the bulletproof glass with the stupid microphone speaker that doesnt fucking work. So I can hear her fine through the glass but when she moved to the speaker and it clicks on I cant understand her and then she gets fucking annoyed that I cant understand her and ask her to repeat what she said. I tried asking her about the mailer but she couldn't understand me. Tbh the only reason I went to the counter was cuz I had to drop off a giant prepaid box. I usually wait until after 5pm and then go use the stupid fucking auto machine. I'm gonna grab a bubble mailer from the dollar store and try again tomorrow. Thanks Dave!
