Is Eddie doing shoutouts to small towns before Elderly Woman in all cities?

It was kind of cool last that he mentioned my hometown of Ellington, CT as one of the towns. I'm pretty sure he's never set foot in Ellington, so I don't know who tipped him, but it still cool.

    He's been doing that for years; not every time they play it, but a lot. I remember seeing them in Boise in 2000 and he said the song was about Moscow, Idaho and I thought he was serious for a while.

    My theory is that he sees signs on the road along the way. He mentioned Poughkeepsie 2 times, once in Albany and once at the Borgata.
