maybe change the thread title to "SHUT UP AND TAKE MY MONEY" or something. might get some views. there was one guy a while back that kept wanting to buy stuff, he'd post a thread with the title "I have $XX....", and he'd get what he wanted VERY quickly.

Yeah I missed that one, same guy sold the Fox theatre too.
