I wish you luck, there are a few people looking for one to finish their collection and have been looking for more than a year maybe 2 for O.K.
A good dude David has offered up some awesome trade offers and not a bite
Someone else was offering up some sort after posters three I think,

The silver ones should be the easiest one to get the white ev pops up on ebay
The white uke will be hard to track down
The black ev wave with be the near impossible to find,
Not trying to damper your sprits, just trying to be helpful
I'm always on the lookout to add to my collection. I use 2 of mine and I'm looking to get a mint one.

Yeah, the ones that you'll find fairly easily on ebay (or maybe here) are the two chrome ones and the white Evel Kinevel (sp?) ones. I'd start there if you want to start your collection. For the rest of them, settle in for a search that will take years. I just started looking for the white uke one, and don't expect it to take less than a year or two. I recently got the black wave, and it took less time than I ever would have hoped for, but cost a bundle, and i count myself VERY lucky to have scored it (with the help of a friend who had his eyes peeled). And then there is the white Australian map one... I'm leaving that for last. I think that one is actually the most rare. If i EVER find that one I'll count myself lucky as fuck. Then again... i haven't seen the black wave pop up since I got mine, nor the white uke for ages. So those three.... i dunno.... does there come a time when they are literally unattainable??? And has that time already come?? I hope not, but....
There is one thing that can be said for this particular collectors' search... it takes true patience! I guess there is something noble in that, lol! :P
