Vault 4 for sale $85 shipped

I have a sealed Vault 4 vinyl for sale.
$85 in US shipped media mail with tracking. Paypal only.
I would prefer to open it before I send it to ensure there are no quality issues.
OUTSIDE US IS $80 plus actual shipping charges.

    Sealed. There weren't any big QA probs with Vault 3 like there are with 4. Pretty safe to buy those sealed I think.
