Dealing with Nugs Errors

Sorry if this thread exists...

I ordered four shows in early December and finally received them a couple of days ago.

Ordered: Milwaukee; Worcester; St. Paul; Moline
Received: Milwaukee; Worcester; St. Paul; St. Paul

I have sent emails that have not been returned. Has anyone else successfully corrected an error like this and if so, any advice on how to reach Nugs?
