I stopped taking codes from people when I started using Spotify

I stopped redeeming my codes when I started using Spotify, haha.

I bought an iPod Touch a few years back, because my music library was overloading my phone. now I don't even really need it. There's some stuff I have that isn't on Spotify, but it's negligent. I can load that onto my phone.

Totally. And when I think about this, I think about aaaallllll the hours I spent before Spotify burning CDs and converting youtube vids into mp3s and uploading them onto my mp3 players, often having to manually enter all the song info on each file, lol. That seems so long ago, , like the 00s or something, but it was only maybe 7 or 8 years ago.

I still did the youtube rips up until recently (year ago?) when Apple banned the import of those files to iTunes.

My gosh, yes, I spent so long making playlists, putting pj shows in the order of the setlist when it got screwed up, downloading and uploading and resaving and organizing.
    Then spotify, so much easier
Wouldn't it be funny if the world ended in 2010, with lots of fire?

  • I have an old VHS tape that I picked up from Stinkweeds or Rockaway Records somewhere in the Tempe/Phoenix area 25-30 years ago.
i haven’t watched the tape in almost as long and can’t speak to its quality as I haven’t had a VCR for god knows how long.
Anyway, the cover has a couple poor quality pics of Eddie and a label that says “Pearl Jam recorded live in Canada 8-14-93. Pro Shot. 100 Minutes”
The hand-written set list I clearly wrote down at some point aligns with the Gimli, Manitoba Sunfest ‘93 setlist found under the site’s Tour History.
It’s yours if you’re interested. Maybe, if you find a way to rip it to a digital file you can share back?

Mods, not sure if offering an old video boot that may very well not even play 30 years later is cool. If I need to pull this RAK offer, just let me know. Thanks.

I have that show on VHS and DVD, and it's also on youtube in its entirety. Someone also did an edited version where they took better audio from other shows and spliced it in to match the video, since the audio of that recording is sub par.

Anyone has a couple of unused bootleg codes and doesn't know on what to use them? :D
I would have a few ideas.

Question for the community. I have about 110-120 show cds from 1991-2004. Most are from the Binaural tour. They are copies of the bootlegs that I purchased with a friend from that initial run and we split the cost and the bootlegs.
Additionally, there are other band bootlegs too like Nirvana, Zeppelin, Jimi Hendrix, etc...

I want to give these to someone that wants them and do not want anything for them. However, due to the amount of the bootlegs, I do not want to ship them because cost would be prohibitive. I am located in Birmingham, AL and would drive a reasonable distance to give them to someone unless anyone in the community has a better recommendation. (I hate to just throw them away.) If this is not allowed, please let me know and I will remove the post. Cheers.
