    Well, it would be proactive and transparent of them to update everyone on the status of what's going on - so yeah, that's not how they work.

    It is clearly an issue affecting many members' accounts, so a little status update by 10c would go a long way toward clearing things up. 5 seconds of their time to let us know they're aware and working on it. Simple. But so, so difficult for them.

    I emailed an hour or so ago, just got a response. Site techs are working on the problem at the moment. Stay tuned for updates. So hopefully it'll be available for everyone soon.

    I just logged out and signed back in everything has returned and the new single and Deep magazine are now there. Thank you 10club.

    I have emailed the 10club help email twice and I still have none of the links in my account and have gotten no response. I also had an issue with my 10club item and it had to be reshipped. This is my first year being an analog member and while I am trying to stay positive I can't help but feel let down right now. The only thing in my account is the wallpapers. :disappointed:

    did you try logging out and back in again? that is what worked for many, if not all.

    Hugh Freaking Dillon is currently out of the office, returning sometime in the fall
