i can't seem to locate anywhere on there how to get a hold of an admin without being logged in first. and i can't log in at all. my username (AndySlash) is registered, but when i try to log in it says it hasn't been activated. i go through the process to send the activation email, and it never arrives despite me appearing to be using the correct email address associated with my username.

can anyone help me get this straightened out?

Good luck. I tried contacting them a bunch of times to offer to help update the site, etc and never heard a word from anyone. Not sure how active the dev/support team is.

I'm in the same boat. Never received the activation email.

Email support@expressobeans.com and tell them you didn't get the activation email and also your EB user name. I heard back in a little less than 24 hours and my account has now been manually activated.

Seems obvious, but have you checked your spam folder? I sometimes receive feedback requests from EB members in my spam.

They're currently having issues communicating with Microsoft emails.
