Any thoughts on the Snapper label (vinyl)?

I'm trying to track down a good reissue of 13th Floor Elevators: The Psychedelic Sounds of the 13th Floor Elevator. I So far I've found there are reprints on Sundazed, Charly and Snapper. My previous experience with Sundazed had not been good (a terrible reissue of Paul Butterfield Blues Band, East West) and I've read the Charly Records reissues are iffy at best. So wondering if anyone here has any feedback on the quality of Snapper records or knows of a good vinyl reissue of the aforementioned LP.
